- Complete in Word, save a copy to your local drive, and then send it to us via e-mail as an attachment.
- Print off the Adobe Acrobat version of the document, complete by hand, and fax it to us.

Travel requirements
In most cases, Merge's fees are all-inclusive of travel costs and associated expenses (including airfare, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and related out-of-pocket expenses). If the event is being held at a hotel, it is requested that the Client reserve, for late arrival, a king non-smoking room at the event hotel for Merge, with confirmation forwarded to our office. Alternatively, the reservation can be made by our office, but it is requested that the Client provide Merge with access to pre-negotiated rates with the facility.
Occasionally and by pre-agreement only, expenses are charged to the Client over and above the speaking fee. In these situations, reasonable and customary travel expenses are billed after the engagement, including airfare, ground transportation, and lodging expenses. Merge travels from Calgary AB and books economy class for air travel within continental North America, and business class for overseas air travel.
All air and ground travel for Merge is arranged by our office.

All we really need ...
Last, but certainly not least, Merge is low-maintenance! Her hallmark is flexibility. We know that you have better things to do than to cater to the ego needs of the speaker. So whether it's incorrect room set-up, lousy lighting, sound system won't work, or workshop handouts went missing ... NO PROBLEM! Just let Merge know what you need - she'll go with the flow! She can fill in for a no-show speaker; shorten or lengthen her presentation; heck, she's even been known to roll up her sleeves and help her clients set up the conference room!
Remember that Merge wants your event to be a success and she'll partner with you to help you achieve your goals. All she needs is a room full of people, and she can make the magic happen!
